Jaume Tresserra (b. 1943) is one of Spain's leading contemporary furniture designers, recognised for his sculptural approach to woodworking and his close dialogue between architecture, craftsmanship, and functional design. Produced in limited numbers, the Spinnaker series reflects Tresserra's ability to balance expressive form with everyday use, placing his work between collectible design and fine craftsmanship.
The design is built around a single flowing gesture. Crafted in dark walnut with a black faux leather seat and polished nickel-plated hardware, it is defined by its crescent-shaped backrest, which flows seamlessly into the curved armrests.
The Spinnaker armchair comes from the penthouses of Hotel Arts Barcelona, whose interiors hosted celebrities, heads of state and business leaders from around the world. Some furnishings were designed expressly for these spaces and saw only very limited commercial production.

Most items are returnable, including our vintage pieces — normal age-related wear (as described on the product page) is considered part of their character.
The only exception applies to custom-made items, which may only be returned if they arrive damaged. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
Even oversized or heavy pieces may be returned, but please note that return shipping for such items can be costly.
