Founded by Irene Ore, whose background in interior design informs the gallery's approach to working with architects, designers and decorators, Cultural Habits understands the importance of each stage — from client approvals and project timelines to detailed product information and delivery planning.

Trade clients receive professional terms, early access to selected arrivals, 72-hour reservations, presentation-ready product information and insured delivery across the EU, UK and US.

The program is designed for interior designers, architects, decorators, stylists, procurement specialists and active design professionals — from established studios to independent practices.

What professional terms are available?

Trade clients receive professional terms across the collection. Conditions differ between Cultural Habits pieces and partner pieces.

Can trade clients access selected arrivals before they go online?

Selected new arrivals can be shared with trade clients before they appear in the public catalogue.

What product information can I request for presentations?

On request, we prepare presentation-ready product information within 48 hours, including dimensions in centimeters and inches, materials, condition notes, provenance and high-resolution images.

For certain Cultural Habits pieces, NCS color codes can also be provided on request.

Can I reserve a piece while my client decides?

Available pieces can be reserved for 72 hours while your client makes a decision. Longer reservations can be discussed for active project timelines.

How does insured delivery work?

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–7 business days. UK and US delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Large, fragile or freight shipments may require additional preparation and transit time.

Is DDP available for UK and US trade orders?

DDP is available for trade orders to the UK and US. Duties and import charges are handled as part of the delivery arrangement, giving you a clear final landed cost before invoicing.

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days, except for certain made-to-order pieces. Any such exception is clearly noted on the product page.

For certain pieces, an extended return period of up to 30 days may be agreed in advance before invoicing.

For standard returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If the return is related to a confirmed claim, return shipping is covered by Cultural Habits.

All returns are coordinated by Cultural Habits: we send the return label and arrange a collection. Original packaging must be kept for any return or claim.

Can invoices be issued to the studio or directly to the client?

Invoices can be issued to the studio or directly to the client, depending on the project. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card through the website.

How quickly does the curatorial team reply?

Our curatorial team is available throughout the process. We reply within one business day; during working hours, most requests are answered within 2–4 hours CET.
