A compact architectural study by German painter and graphic artist Lutz Voigtmann. In Häuserensemble (“Ensemble of Houses”), the built landscape is distilled into a composed arrangement of volumes and lines, where structure and stillness are held in quiet balance. The restrained palette and measured geometry reflect Voigtmann’s sustained engagement with urban motifs and spatial order.
Working within the context of the former GDR, Voigtmann developed a precise and disciplined visual language, rooted in observation and clarity.
